Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
